To get started at MANABI
Probably, you are not so much sure about the admission process with documents for entering the school. We will help you and give you advice to make it smooth. Please call or email us anytime you have a question or any concern about the admission process.
Person who need no visa
You would not need visa to study at MANABI at following reasons:
●Staying in Japan within 3 months
●Residents of Japan with family visa or spouse visa
I. Person who is qualified to enter the school
- A person who is studious and eager to learn.
- A person who has visa for staying in Japan or will be able to obtain visa.
Ⅱ. Other case to be noticed
To the person who's Japanese is beginner level1. There are 4 times a year to start University Preparation Course; April, July, October, and January.
2. The starting date is flexible at your convenience for Sunday course, Private, Small group, and Group lessons (please ask for details).
To the person who has some basic Japanese language already.
1. There are 4 times a year to start University Preparation Course; April, July, October, and January but there might be a chance to join the class between the monthes but except;
1) the case we conclude that it would be easier for you to start in the class of new semester on the result of placement test.
2) the case the suitable class for you is full at the moment.

IV. Application Procedure Before Entry
1)For oversea students
Please contact us first and we will give you advice for program, visa, or living matters.
(Documents for visa should be different by the student’s countries)

Submit Applications and necessary documents
Check the submitted documents by the school
Level check
Written test and oral test by telephone
*There will be no test for the person who is beginner
Report the result
Payment
Make payment for Entrance fee and Tuition
Send Admission Certificate
School send Admission Certificate to student once we confirm that payment has been made by the students.
Apply for visa
Go to Japanese embassy of Japanese consulate to apply for visa after you receive the Admission Certificate from school. There will be no visa necessary depends on student’s country.
Acquire visa
Please let us know when you are coming to Japan as well as flight schedule.
Entry to Japan and start class at MANABI!
