The Nagano School, located in a suburban area of Nagano Prefecture, is surrounded by lush green mountains and beautiful rivers. Cherry blossoms in spring, fresh green leaves of summer, red and yellow leaves of autumn is impressive. You can also enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits such as apples and grapes. Also there are many fun things to do such as mountain climbing, skiing, going to hot springs which you can not enjoy inbig city. It is about 72 minutes from Tokyo and you will be able to make a day trip. It is safe and cost of living is lower than big city and you will be able to enjoy your stay with peace of mind.We think this is the reason why a lot of foreigners live in Ueda. People in Ueda are warm and kind and you will have a chance to get to know those people

About the dormitories
We have 2 dormitories, Ability Mansion (10 minutes by bicycle) and Misuzu apartment (5 minutes by bicycle). There will be a questionnaire beforehand to ask students request. Due to the capacity of the dormitory please bear in mind that your request is not always accepted.
