Shinjuku School is in Takadano-baba where a lot of universities, technical colleges, prep schools and Japanese language schools are located and are famous as “student town”. JR Yamanote line, Seibu Shinjuku line and subway Tozai line ride into Takadano-baba station and it is 4 minutes to central Shinjuku, 8 minutes to Harajuku which is the origin of Japanese fashion and subculture and also 11 minutes to Shibuya which is called “city of youngster”. Shinjuku School is about 3 minutes walk from Takadano-baba station and it is really convenient. There are a lot of foreign students in Takadano-baba and it makes the city exciting. Also since there are a well-known university such as Waseda University, Gakushuin University close from the school you might have a chance to get to know each other with the students of those universities. Also there are a lot of restaurant serving a large meal in reasonable price around. It is very nice area for both studying and living.
