MANABI Festival was held and “Shin-kin event hall” of Ueda city on February 27th, 2010.
Manabi Festival is held for 5th time and 140 people join the event! Poem reading and speech contest was held and people who joined the festival were saying “There Japanese are excellent” “I agree to it” and so on.
